Generating biomes, trees and structure are broken

First picture (top), the jungle trees are broken even floating vines and cocoa.

Second picture (middle), the structures of desert temple are broken (even villager are broken or something)

And the last picture (bottom), the spruce tree still broken and the ice and snow still striping to grass and water
