Frozen mobs and entitys

I had to say 1.7.10 it's actually 1.7.9 the thing won't let me put it in as 1.7.9

I was flying around in my Redstone Ready then I saw a floating horse and my iron golem farm was weird and the golem was on fire but he won't take damage and I could break blocks but I can't interact with blocks with tile entity data.

There is technically no way to reproduce it except by flying around until mobs and other entitys freeze.
