once dead could not log back in crash everytime

once i died i could not log on i crashed everytime when i got on that server only happens on servers

What I expected to happen was u would respawn

*What actually happened was i crashed
Describe what happened here

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get on a server
2. fall into void or get killed by another player
3. minecraft crashes
