A BIG error with terrain generation in the snow biomes.

Whenever I create a new world and find a snow biome in it, then for some reason on the edge of the biome the generation for the world gets very strange. I keep getting these long stripes of snow biome and whatever biome i is touching. This happens literally every time I have found a snow biome.
