VBOs does not work with Intel HD Graphics 4000

Chunks does not load or render with VBOs on and an Intel HD Graphics 4000 GPU.

It works fine on my other computers. But i'm not sure if this is Intel related, or if it is this GPU only.

The only way to reproduce, is to test it with the same environment. See screenshots for more
