Player's elevation increases when on top of trapdoor on top of fence

When putting trap door on top of fence and walking on top of it, it increases players elevation. What should happen is that regardless of walking on top of trapdoor on top of fence, player elevation shouldnt increase. Check snapshots below. 1st snapshot is the model. 2nd snapshot is trapdoor on top of nothing, and 3rd snapshot is on top of fence.
