FPS drop when moving around

While running around on any minecraft world, me and others who ive tested with get really bad FPS drops, I can stand still and get up to 200fps and drop down to 25-30 as soon as I start running, ive tested in other versions before the pre-releases and it seems to be fine, right now the server we tested this on is on pre-realese 3.
