Getting Kicked in new biome of realms

My Brother and I have a realm server, his got fibre cable internet speeds so his connection is stable, but when his travelling to different Biomes the chunks are not loading, his ping lags and sometimes gets kicked out of the server as if minecraft has crashed. Is this a server bug or a graphics bug.
