Chickens don't avoid water

Chickens aren't routing out of water when they can. This makes it very hard to interact with them, especially when trying to breed chickens, gather eggs, or harvest them. This is especially obvious around deep ocean islands.

Expected behavior: Chickens shouldn't spend a lot of time in water if there is the option of routing out of/away from water. They should periodically rout toward water, then away from water and spend time on ground when available.
