Beacon Beam Glitch

When Looking at the beam of a beacon, if i look up to high (look all the way to the sky) the beam disappears, when i look back down, (to a normal facing forward level, the beam reappears.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the beam to be visible all the way up.

What actually happened was...:
After looking up, the beam disappeared

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stand Near Beacon block with Beam
2. Look Up - The Beam Disappears
3. Look Back down - The Beam Reappears
