The game's screen freezes but game continues to run

I don't know if this is a bug in the game or if it's a problem on my end, but occasionally, the game's screen tends to freeze but you are still able to move around and stuff. The game itself doesn't freeze, just the screen. I don't know if this is a bug or an issue with my client but any help would be appreciated!
