Redstone bug

I just used the command in the chat: "/tp EL_man7 ~ ~ ~3000000", and then i did the same command a few times. Then i placed some redstone dust on the ground, and it did become bigger! then i used the same command again, so i was on the z coordinate number 21000000. And look at that crasy redstone dust!!! If you just place a single peace of redstone on the ground, it becomes invisible! I did try this on a flat world, did a customized, and selected redstone ready. You can see the redstone on the pictures, commands, and the coordinates, how it look.
