Chickens can now Procreate with themselves

I have a pet chicken in my basement. One day I came down to find it and a baby chicken with no sign of another adult.

I expected there to be one adult chicken as usual

There was a mysterious baby chicken.

1. I have no idea how to trigger this other than to have 1 singular pet chicken?
