Tamed Wolves Don't Teleport & Despawn At A Distance

If you run away from a tamed wolf (and presumably ocelot) fast enough, they will not teleport to you.

After a certain distance, they also despawn like any other mob.

This makes finding and retrieving wolves and ocelots impossible on a Horse, and pretty much impossible in general.
