Hopper in Item Frame Bug

What I expected to happen was to put the hopper on a Item frame

What actually happened was the hopper looked like a endstone with a woodslab under it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put A item frame on a wall or fence
2. Put the Hopper on the frame (Right-Click)
3. You got the problem I got
