GAME BREAKING GLITCH - Chunk Generation Freezes, Can't Attack Mobs, Floating sand won't fall, etc. etc.

I don't know why this is happening, but the chunks stopped generating, I couldn't attack squids which weren't moving, and then when I tried breaking a patch of floating sand, nothing happened. I have a crash report, please help me fix this.
