Crash on startup! PLEASE FIX!!!

I just installed snapshot 13w02a. I followed all the steps to install and when I open MC, the Mojang logo appears, stays for a few seconds, then the client crashes!

I was expecting to start up and try out the new snapshot...

...but the client crashed!

STEPS
1. Install snapshot
2. Crash!
