Search text doesn't get shifted upon status effects starting

When status effects are imbued unto you whilst using the search dialogue in the Creative inventory, text is not shifted with the other GUI elements, producing a graphical glitch.

Tested in Creative 1.8-pre2 by sprint-flying near a beacon, quickly opening the inventory, and typing text before gliding into range.
