mobs hit get knocked back like they where on the moon

I was killing zombies with a diamond sword and they seemed to have a slower knock back like I hit them on the moon

steps:
-get a any weapon or just a fist
-hurt the mob or get some thing to hit them
-they start to jump like on the moon
(mods don't do this to the player
