Everytime I log into a certain world it crashes saying "Exception while adding particle"

Every time I logged into my world it crashes saying "Exception while adding particle"
What I expected to happen was...:
Get into my world and play on it.

What actually happened was...:
It says that it is "Shutting down internal/internet server. I'm not sure what it said as it turns to that and that quickly changes to the crash log screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure, but I had Forge and the Too Many Items mod installed.
