Barrier Icon/particle (Inside the barrier blocks) does not show up when holding a barrier

When holding the barrier block and looking at a barrier block placed in the world, the do not enter icon shows up. Im sorry if this is a duplicate. While searching I did not find anything else similar to this bug.
