Item Frames Unload Themselves

I thought that the item frames would stay spawned.

After I unloaded the chunk they were in, they disappeared.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put down an item frame (itemless or otherwise)
2. Unload the chunk the item frames are in
3. Reload the chunk the item frames are in
