When breaking a 2-block high grass, you get a breaking peony animation pop up.

What I expected to happen was when I break the 2-block high grass, it would just break and maybe drop some seeds.

What actually happened was that it broke, but I got a breaking peony animation instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up Minecraft World, doesn't matter if it's survival or creative.
2. Find a two-block high grass.
3. Break it and watch the animation.
