Hearing strange sounds while walking

While I am walking, I hear very low sounds, like villagers saying hmm, and no, I don't have any villager/villagers close to me.
If you don't understand what I mean see the video, the sounds im talking about are not any sounds of wood, its like a person saying umm or hmm.

Btw, it only seems to happen in an the wood of my house.Is that supposed to be a new wood sound?
