Edge of the World

I teleported myself to 29999999 80 29999999. Then I walked off the edge of the world expecting to fall into void and go back to spawn, but instead right as i went past the edge, my game just goes black, i couldn’t quit or force quit. I had to find Minecraft in my Finder and go through all my applications to force quit from there.
