Redstone Torch overrided by redstone dust

How to reproduce:
1. Place a redstone torch. (On side of the floor)
2. Place redstone dust at the same location, click on the block under it
3. The redstone dust will now overlapse the redstone torch (delete it), you lose your redstone torch
