Sword is in wrong position when blocking.

When blocking with a sword, the sword is in the wrong place. Instead of being across your chest, it is in the final position of a sword swing. This issue appears with all Swords.

Recreation:
1) Go into 3rd Person View
2) Block With a Sword

Note: I am not 100% sure if this is visible in 1st person view also.
