There are black lines in the game.

When I was making a YouTube video about the pre release, I saw black lines in the background while looking around. This is not because of my recording software.

What I expected:
No black lines.

What happened:
There were black lines in the distance.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft Snapshot 1.8 Pre-release 1
2. Make a world
3. In plain sight, there should be black lines in the sky.
