When I mine, the animation restarts as well as the time it takes to mine a block.

Occasionally when I start to mine a block, via that be wood, dirt, or a form of stone/ore, the mining animation would restart. After the animation restarts, the block would act as if I hadn't been mining it at all, and it would start mining again.
