Pick-Block (With NBT-Data) Sometimes doesn't work

Sometimes when you pick block (I changed my Pick-Block Button to 'G') and get the NBT ('G'+'Command') it sometimes works and then I need to try pick block it for 10 seconds until i can pick block again...
