Redstone destroys chest on servers.

Placing a redstone dust on the block a chest is on destroys the chest instead of doing nothing. This has happened on my server, I have not tested single player.

To reproduce:
1. Place a chest
2. Place a redstone dust, making sure the reticle is not on the chest, but is instead on the block below.
