leaves have black textures in fast graphics

The second texture used for leaves in fast graphics isn't working properly so instead of using the second texture the second texture show up black.

What I expected to happen was...:
The second texture would show.

What actually happened was...:
The second texture isn't working properly and instead shows up black.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. first be in the pre-realease
2. turn on fast graphics
3. place a leaf block
