items are 3D in fast graphics

Items in fast Graphics are 3D instead of being Flat and looking where you move.

What I expected to happen was...:
The item to be flat and look where i move.

What actually happened was...:
The item is 3D and dose not move.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on fast graphics.
2. Throw an item on the ground
