blockstates folder of recurecepacks is not loaded

I created a recurcepack that changes the blockmodel of the dispenser for a custom map. I want to use 2 different models for variant "up" and "down". I gave them my own names and the models weren't loaded. Instead is the original (for the test also modified) model loaded.
