cant summon fireballs anymore

now when I do summon Fireball ~ ~1 ~

{direction:[0;0;0]}

which should summon a fireball, it says unable to summon object. so I tried doing /summon then pressed tab until fireball came up then I pressed enter and It still wouldn't summon it. :c
