Arms are glitched on player, 3 pixel wide arms

This is extremly weird as none of my freinds have this bug, the arms on my skin is 3 pixels wide, not 4, and messes up my skin, the arms are normal in any other version but the 1.8 pre1. I'd like to know a solution
