block texture missing

What I expected to happen was...:
The textures would load...
It didn't happen with windows vista...

What actually happened was...:
Everything was white (items and blocks in inv and in the world) except the mobs and players... It didn't happen when i played 13w01b

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install new version of minecraft by replacing the minecraft.jar file (delete and paste)
2. Play any world
