Whenever i open the single player world,my minecraft crashes

*What I expected to happen was for my world to open up and i could start playing.My minecraft was modded with single player commands, optifine and the mccapes.When i opened up the world, it would not show the creen of the game but it would show the inventory slots of what you have equipped at the bottom.

*What actually happened was the game crashed with the error report shown below.I took the mods out and the same thing happened.(i unpatched it)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I opened minecraft after modding it with mcpatcher
2. I clicked on a world to load
3. The file showed no screen except for the inventory for a brief second before crashing with that error report...
