Minecraft command (gamerule commandBlockOutput) bug

Minecraft command (gamerule commandBlockOutput) bug

Once I used command /gamerule commandBlockOutput false, everything was good. Than I tried to use same command, but I used word "true" and nothing special happend. I just couldn't back the first command. Now I can't see any informations about what's happening in command block, player command or even chat.
