Villagers/Mobs Spawned using Command Block start 1 Block Higher then Normal

When summoning a Villager or Mob Entity using a Command Block, they spawn in 1 Block higher then normal/previously, which makes it difficult when using them to activate a pressure plate to avoid death since 2 can spawn by the time 1 has landed on the plate.
