No texture on breaking doors particle

While playing on Creative mode, and testing the snapshot, I started making a quartz house. I placed a door and accidentally broke the door. I noticed the particles of the door breaking did not have a texture. (See attachment for more)

In the attachment, you can see that, while breaking a door, the particles from the door breaking where gray and black and not the color of the door
