Armor Stand Bug NOT actually fixed

Place an armour stand on top of an upside down half slab with 2 full blocks below then place armor and whatnot onto it.

"Save & Quit" then jump back into the world the armor stand should be under the upside down half slab now. I can post pics if you cannot reproduce.
