Bow is drawn when no arrows in inventory

When pointing at a block then quickly switching to your sword (switching to other items works correctly) the bow is drawn for a split second before the sword is selected. I should note that there are no arrows in my inventory.
I have included a video of the bug showing the bow being drawn without any arrows in the inventory.
