inventory slots, and the cross in mittle bugging out

if looking down in my test world, my cross is disapearing. if i then open my inventory it starts to bug becouse if you hover over hotbar slots, they display on the top left corner of the screen. also, f3 info disapears when the cross disapears and sometimes weird models apear.
