Pork does not cook when placed in oven

I am in survival and i had just killed a pig and gotten 3 raw pork. I placed 64 coal into the furnus and 3 raw pork as seen in the picture bug 5 before. I then closed out of the furnus and opened it back a second later. Picture Bug5after shows what it looked like.
