Creative Inventory vert. scrollbar changes without scrolling

When selecting the decoration blocks list in the creative inventory scroll to the middle of the items list:
Then you can use your scroll wheel to scroll up and down a single row. The items will stay the same (still the same rows of items) but the scroll bar will change.
Maybe a rounding issue?
