Baby Zombies are not in proper position when riding a Chicken

When Baby Zombies are riding a Chicken, they seem to rather be inside of the Chicken than actually riding it. Though this issue was found while summoning a Baby Zombie riding a Chicken with "/summon Zombie ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1,Riding:{id:Chicken}}", I do not know how naturally spawned Chicken Jockies are affected.
