Serverlag

I have home hosted alot of minecraft servers but as of recent when I started hosting a snapshot server, I've been getting alot of server/block lag. At random intervals everyone gets killed with this message:

Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
