Frames per Second drop down when the player runs

In my Windows 8.1, it was smooth at 25-35 fps in the 14w33c but when I tested out the 14w34b I noticed the fps fell fast reaching 10 fps when I ran.....
Ghz 1.3
And 1.98 of Ram
