Processing Delay For "Low-End Processors"

Block Entities, Sounds, Redstone Signals, Mob Movements(Not Model Animations),TNT explosions, Arrows, Pistons, Ect.

The following are having a MAJOR delay when processing.
Ex. When a slime jumps, it goes through five frames and the jump is over.
I'm guessing for Computer with good processors, they have a smooth jump.
For buttons, they stay activated(along with the signal they output) for about 5 seconds.

Also, before you comment, I got my computer in April so don't tell me to get a new computer.
